Our New Kennel

Puggles USA is located on the "Home Place", our farm in Shelby County, Indiana. We are in the rolling hills of South Central Indiana. Our place sits on a hilltop overlooking Little Blue River.

My husband grew up here enjoying, along with his brother, cousins and friends, the hills, woods, valleys and river. They spent their summers helping their Grandfather on the farm, fishing, swimming and doing all the things boys did while growing up an a farm.

After marrying and spending 3 years in the army we returned to the farm to raise our own family. When you have children, the next thing you just have to add is a puppy. Ours was a Yorkshire Terrier, we decided to let her have one litter of puppies. Before her litter was weaned we were enjoying working with them so much we have been raising puppies ever since.

The puppies we raise are of the breeds we have fallen in love with. After Yorkshire Terriers our choice was Papillions. Our first Papillon was Abby, she is now a retired household pet. She is either mother, grandmother, sister or aunt to all of our female papillas. Our males have been purchased from other kennels, some from Canada.

Our Chihuahuas will simply steal your heart as they have ours. We prefer working with 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 pound males and 5 to 6 pound females. Concentrating on health, personality and conformation. The health and outgoing personalities of our puppies seem to be justification for our breeding practices. Miniature Pinchers are a more recent love. They are all AKC registered, we have 2 generations at this time some with championship backgrounds. We are still working on developing our lines.

Contract/Guarantee
Our guarantee is as follows: If you take your puppy to your vet within 72 hours after receiving him and the vet finds a life threatening illness (excluding the neglect of the puppy by the purchaser) upon return of the puppy along with your vets written diagnosis and our vets agreement, we will refund your money. After the 72 hour time period if within the next year your puppy manifests signs of a life altering genetic defect we will replace the puppy with one of like value
